This will be rates for us to proofread and correct errors on any previously typed transcription of any sort. This may be a speech-to-text software transcription or AI assisted transcription, or bad transcription from another company that needs correction. Turnaround time for this type of work is 48 hours.

Flat rate of $2.00 per audio minute

This will be for us to make an outgoing call to take a recorded statement. Max attempts
to reach individuals is three (3). After three (3) unsuccessful attempts we will notify the
client and they will determine next steps for us to pursue.
