What is your turn around time?Regular is 72 hours and we also offer expedited services with 24 hour turn around at an additional cost as seen HERE

How do I get my audio file to you?We will provide an email to submit to or in the event of a large project file we will use a private upload link for your convenience.

What information do you need when I send my file?We will need the Requestors Name, Interviewer(s) Name, Interviewee(s) Name, Claim Number/Account Number.

How do you determine "difficult audio"?Unless previously discussed all projects are considered normal audio until transcription is started, if the audio meets any of the difficult audio factors as seen HERE then rates will be adjusted to reflect that.
